The TLS Upgrade: Migrating away from TLS 1.0 and 1.1

Watch the Webinar On-Demand

Starting January 2020, the ‘big four’ internet browsers (Google, Apple, Mozilla, Microsoft) will cease to support TLS 1.0 & 1.1. For any organization that uses them, their connections will not be recognized by browsers, which is really bad for business.

This move encourages the entire internet community to move to the more secure TLS 1.2, or better, the latest 1.3, which lacks the vulnerabilities of 1.2. Experts recommend an immediate upgrade, but what does an upgrade entail? What are the steps involved, and the consequences of not upgrading?

In this webinar, join our Chief Solutions Officer, Murali, as he delves into the intricacies of TLS protocols, old and new. We’ll be discussing the recommended upgrade guidelines, the benefits of making the leap, and some tricks AppViewX has up its sleeve that accelerate and simplify the entire upgrade process.

Key Takeaways:

  • Why and how you should ditch TLS 1.0 and 1.1
  • How you can upgrade to the newest TLS version (1.2, or better, 1.3)
  • How AppViewX automates TLS certificate upgrades and migration
